Job Description

Key Account Manager Oncology positioning Deciphera’s QINLOCK and ROMVIMZA across Southern Germany. Developing territories, engaging clinical stakeholders, and driving regional market activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the strategic positioning of QINLOCK in the GIST setting and ROMVIMZA in the TGCT setting
  • Strategically develop the Southern Germany territory with a data-driven approach and a regional focus on Bavaria
  • Contribute to national success in Germany
  • Build, maintain and further develop relationships with relevant stakeholders in centers, hospitals and outpatient practices
  • Communicate clinical product profiles, identify barriers to care and develop solution approaches
  • Analyze market, customer and competitor dynamics
  • Use CRM, data and insights to prioritize and steer activities
  • Plan and implement regional events and trainings
  • Work cross-functionally with Commercial, Medical, Market Access and Commercial Operations
  • Professionally represent Deciphera in the market

Requirements:

  • More than five years of relevant experience in the oncology market (mandatory), preferably in field sales, key account management or a comparable customer-facing role
  • Solid professional knowledge of the Southern German oncology market
  • Experience in the strategic development of accounts and territories
  • Ideally a strong regional network
  • Compliance with the requirements under § 75 AMG
  • Ability to interpret clinical data and scientific content confidently and communicate it appropriately to the target audience
  • Good understanding of complex stakeholder structures and market mechanisms
  • Confident use of CRM systems and common Microsoft Office applications
  • Fluent German language skills are mandatory
  • Good English skills for collaboration in an international environment
  • High willingness to travel within the territory (Munich, Augsburg, Regensburg, Passau and Garmisch-Partenkirchen), including adjacent regions in the Allgäu and eastern Baden-Württemberg
  • Ideally residing in the area or within easy commuting distance
