Job Description

Key Account Manager responsible for developing business relationships and managing key accounts within Nordic retail and hospitality. Engaging with C-level stakeholders and driving sales for advanced lighting solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing new businesses & shaping existing relationships with key accounts for long term business emphasizing on advanced connected systems including services.
  • Engage customers in value creation beyond lighting.
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with key stakeholders (including C Level).
  • Lead the identification and pursuit of Systems & Service opportunities.
  • Create, maintain, and execute KAP for each named key account (action plans, identify multiple stakeholders) and involve internal resources while driving the sales process.
  • Work closely with the Professional Sales teams to align on Key Account Strategy for Systems opportunities and drive business growth in the Nordic retail and hospitality market, particularly with major players.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience in a consultative role selling solutions in the lighting and/or Retail & Hospitality industry
  • A proven ability to achieve aspiring sales targets
  • Excellent technical understanding of connected systems and a results-driven and proactive approach
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and curiosity to work with new solutions
  • Excellent capabilities in Microsoft Office tools and Salesforce
  • Fluent Swedish and English language skills (other Nordic language of advantage).
