Job Description

Key Account Manager for Tork establishing distributor relationships and driving sales responsibility in Switzerland. Collaborating on e-commerce, leading negotiations, and implementing Tork strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Establishing strong relationships and collaboration with designated distributors including sales and revenue responsibility
  • Driving (yearly/price) negotiations, listings, content management and online shelf optimization, 365° activations, data exchange, forecasting, and joint business planning
  • Act as sparring partner for local sales team to develop distributors jointly on e-com related touchpoints such as listings, online shelf, activations, projects, etc.
  • Bring the Tork strategy to life internally and externally
  • Participate in and/or lead multifunctional projects both locally and internationally, representing local market key needs
  • Share knowledge, best practice and learnings across all relevant counter parts based on a close collaboration and frequent exchange with local and global stakeholders to drive the Tork strategy

Requirements:

  • University degree in Economics, preferably with focus on marketing, e-commerce and/or business administration
  • Significant work experience in sales or customer management
  • Proven experience in digital and/or E-Commerce, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Knowledge of the digital online shelf, customer journey, analytics, activation, KPI tracking and reporting
  • Experience in international matrix organization
  • End-customer and distributor driven
  • Fluent in German and English communication skills
  • Ability to lead multiple projects at the same time
  • Strong MS Office skills and familiarity with MS Teams or digital workplace environment
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, action and solution oriented, good planning and organization skills
  • Willingness to travel on national level when necessary
