Job Description
Lead Application Sales Engineer driving the success of Honeywell's fire protection solutions. Collaborating with teams and managing a skilled sales engineering group to meet sales objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of application and systems sales engineers.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive growth in the assigned market.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.
- Up to 40% travel.
Requirements:
- 8 or more years of transferable experience in sales engineering roles.
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles.
- Strong technical background in application and systems engineering.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Experience with fire protection systems and solutions, including knowledge of Honeywell XLS4000 and Honeywell Connected Life Safety Services (CLSS).
- Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field is valued.
