Job Description
Sales Engineer focused on expanding TPS’s presence in critical infrastructure markets. Handling high-value opportunities and establishing brand presence across the United States.
Responsibilities:
- Independently develop and grow your vertical across the United States.
- Lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive go-to-market plan with support from the commercial leadership team.
- Deliver integrated product and service solutions that foster continuous lifecycle relationships with end users, integrators, and contractors.
- Establish Thomson Power Systems' brand presence in your vertical.
- Build and maintain key stakeholder relationships while expanding direct customer base.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of successful outside sales experience
- Proven track record of developing and executing strategic sales initiatives that delivered significant revenue and margin growth
- Willingness to travel regularly to customer sites (up to 50% travel time) within your region
- Authorization to work in the US without company sponsorship
- Valid driver's license
- Experience in the Power Management industry/Infrastructure vertical
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Electrical Engineering, or Power Engineering
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM
- Exceptional sales abilities with strong closing skills
- Customer-focused approach with a commitment to ensuring customer success
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
