Job Description

Sales Engineer responsible for driving sales growth in Texas. Identifying customers, presenting products, and maintaining relationships while working for Regal Rexnord.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within territory
  • Understand market trends and customer needs to effectively position products
  • Act as a trusted advisor to solve problems and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Present and explain product features and benefits to customers
  • Engage with both national and local channel partners
  • Collaborate with inside sales and other departments to develop winning strategies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field required
  • 0–5 years of sales or customer-facing experience (internship experience welcome)
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales objectives
  • A working understanding of industry standards and regulations, including UL, IEEE, NEC, and IEC
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • In-depth knowledge of customer and market dynamics
  • Exceptional ability to prospect, qualify, and close new customers
  • Willingness to travel as required
  • This individual must live in Texas (preference to Austin, Dallas, or Houston)
  • Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship to obtain or keep U.S. work authorization.
