Job Description
Lead Creative Producer handling UA ads across Meta, TikTok, and Google at Social Discovery Group. Overseeing creative production and a team of Creative Producers in a remote environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end creative production for UA ads across Meta, TikTok and Google (static, video, UGC, AI).
- Translate UA goals (CPA, CR, ROAS, budgets) into clear creative briefs, concepts and testing plans.
- Manage and mentor a team of Creative Producers, set priorities, distribute workload and review outputs.
- Act as the single point of contact for UA teams on all creative requests and pipelines.
- Drive continuous creative testing, analyse results and scale winning concepts.
- Systematise production (templates, re-use, guidelines) to increase speed and volume of high-performing assets.
- Integrate AI tools into daily workflows and promote AI-driven production practices within the team.
- Collaborate closely with UA, design and analytics to ensure fast feedback loops and measurable business impact.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in performance marketing creative production, with a focus on Meta, TikTok, and/or Google.
- Strong understanding of UA metrics (CR, CPA, ROAS) and how creative impacts performance.
- Proven experience driving measurable business impact — increasing revenue, ROAS, or conversion rates through creative testing, production, and optimization.
- Proficiency with AI tools for creative production, optimization, testing, and automation (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, N8N, Replicate, Lovable, etc.).
- Proven experience managing a creative team delivering high-volume, high-performance assets.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Creative intuition + data mindset — know how to balance storytelling with performance.
- Experience working with design teams, video editors, and performance marketers.
