Job Description

Lead Generation Associate coordinating execution of marketing campaigns and supporting CRM operations. Ensuring campaign effectiveness and data integrity in a remote role based in Guatemala.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate execution of marketing campaigns across email, CRM, and outbound channels
  • Support creation and distribution of marketing materials (one-pagers, decks, service summaries)
  • Maintain campaign calendars, task lists, and timelines
  • Ensure messaging and materials align with service offerings and delivery readiness
  • Own CRM hygiene, including leads, contacts, accounts, and opportunities
  • Manage lead routing, assignment, and status tracking
  • Support sales and outreach teams with pipeline updates and follow-ups
  • Build and maintain basic reports and dashboards for visibility
  • Monitor how leads move from marketing to sales to service delivery
  • Identify breakdowns in follow-up, tracking, or handoff
  • Escalate issues and propose process improvements
  • Ensure data accuracy so leadership can trust reporting
  • Campaigns launch on time with clean execution
  • Leads are tracked, routed, and followed up without gaps
  • CRM data is accurate and trusted by leadership
  • Sales and service teams are not chasing information
  • The Growth Quarterback can focus on alignment and momentum — not cleanup
