Job Description
Lead Generation Representative at 1840 & Company specializing in connecting businesses with real estate ecosystem players. Building relationships to monetize trust and drive revenue in a remote work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and engage General Partners (GPs) managing real estate funds, syndications, or portfolios.
- Generate qualified sales opportunities and move prospects through early sales stages.
- Schedule and support sales calls, demos, and deal progression.
- Own lead generation from outreach to handoff.
- Develop relationships with real estate ecosystem players, including:
- Fund administrators
- Asset & fund managers
- CPAs and tax advisors
- Real estate attorneys
- Transaction and data providers
- Investor relations service providers
- Create referral and partnership pipelines that consistently generate inbound opportunities.
- Provide continuous feedback from the market to refine messaging, pricing, and positioning.
- Identify patterns, objections, and opportunities within GP and investor communication workflows.
Requirements:
- Proven connections within the real estate industry (mandatory)
- Experience working with or selling to:
- General Partners (GPs)
- Real estate funds or syndicators
- Investor-facing platforms or services
- Strong understanding of how GPs communicate with LPs and investors.
- Comfortable operating independently in a remote environment.
- Highly motivated by commission, ownership mindset, and upside.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in SaaS, PropTech, FinTech, or financial services — strong advantage.
