Job Description

Lead Generation Specialist crafting outbound strategies that redefine lead generation. Working for M32 AI, dedicated to building agentic AI for traditional service businesses.

Responsibilities:

  • Scour the web and databases to build hyper-targeted prospect lists of 100+ qualified leads weekly
  • Craft and send personalized cold emails using tools like Hunter.io or Apollo for verification and scaling
  • Set up and manage affiliate programs: recruit partners, negotiate deals, track commissions, and optimize for ROI using simple dashboards
  • Qualify leads in HubSpot or similar CRM, nurture them with automated sequences
  • Analyze campaign data weekly; track metrics like reply rates, conversion funnels, and CPL to refine tactics and hit aggressive targets

Requirements:

  • 2+ years crushing it in B2B lead gen or outreach
  • Deep experience with email deliverability, A/B testing sequences, and dodging spam filters
  • LinkedIn: Proven at building pipelines from zero using advanced search and messaging
  • Affiliate marketing: Hands-on with recruiting affiliates, running programs on platforms and driving partner-led revenue
  • Web research: Skilled at scraping insights from company sites, Crunchbase, or forums to personalize outreach at scale
  • Tools mastery: Apollo, Hunter, Lemlist, HubSpot, Google Sheets/Excel for reporting; comfortable with basic automations (Zapier)
  • Startup mindset: Self-starter who experiments fast, owns outcomes, and communicates wins concisely
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and customer service skills
  • Tech-Savvy individual with a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, strong verbal and written communication in English
  • Works effectively and has the ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced and changing environment
  • Willingness to work US hours/graveyard shift
