Job Description
Lead Generation Specialist responsible for sourcing opportunities and submitting bids on Upwork. Working closely with the Sales team to enhance lead quality.
Responsibilities:
- Search and identify relevant projects on Upwork
- Submit bids using approved templates and positioning
- Customize bids when required to improve relevance
- Evaluate incoming job posts for relevance, budget signals, and scope realism
- Create initial lead records in CRM (Pipedrive) when a client replies
- Work closely with Sales / SDR team and share feedback on lead quality
Requirements:
- Experience with Upwork lead generation
- Understanding of Upwork job search and filtering
- Ability to evaluate project relevance and deal with potential
- Strong written English
- Attention to detail and consistency
- Experience with CRM systems (Pipedrive is a plus).
