Job Description

Lead Generation Specialist driving client outreach and engagement in IT services. Utilizing various platforms for research and lead generation to support sales efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential clients across industries (e.g., Pharma, Manufacturing, BFSI, Retail, Logistics/Supply Chains etc.)
  • Use platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, Apollo, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, or similar tools to build prospect lists
  • Run cold outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp to generate qualified leads
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute lead-generation campaigns and follow up with event leads
  • Qualify inbound leads and schedule introductory meetings/demos for the sales team
  • Maintain lead information and track activity using CRM (HubSpot preferred)
  • Create weekly and monthly reports on lead metrics and conversion performance
  • Research industry trends and decision-makers to personalize outreach.

Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of experience in Lead Generation
  • Strong communication and written skills
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, HubSpot CRM, Apollo, Mailchimp, or similar platforms
  • Knowledge of B2B sales processes, buyer personas and deal progression & management
  • Analytical mindset for monitoring campaign metrics
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and goal-driven.
