Job Description

Lead Generation Specialist for Task Buddie researching and engaging potential clients remotely. Responsible for generating sales opportunities and maintaining outreach records in CRM.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify prospective clients who can benefit from Task Buddie’s services
  • Execute outbound outreach through phone calls, email, and LinkedIn to generate interest
  • Engage and qualify leads before passing opportunities to the sales team
  • Schedule discovery calls or introductory meetings for sales representatives
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system
  • Track outreach activity and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine lead generation strategies and messaging

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in lead generation, sales, or outbound outreach preferred but not required
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
  • Organized and comfortable managing outreach activity independently
  • Ability to succeed in a fully remote work environment
