Job Description
Lead Generation Specialist for Task Buddie researching and engaging potential clients remotely. Responsible for generating sales opportunities and maintaining outreach records in CRM.
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify prospective clients who can benefit from Task Buddie’s services
- Execute outbound outreach through phone calls, email, and LinkedIn to generate interest
- Engage and qualify leads before passing opportunities to the sales team
- Schedule discovery calls or introductory meetings for sales representatives
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system
- Track outreach activity and performance metrics
- Collaborate with leadership to refine lead generation strategies and messaging
Requirements:
- Previous experience in lead generation, sales, or outbound outreach preferred but not required
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Organized and comfortable managing outreach activity independently
- Ability to succeed in a fully remote work environment
