Job Description
Lead Generations Specialist at Coconut connecting businesses with top-tier remote talent. Responsibilities include building leads and supporting outreach to staffing agencies.
Responsibilities:
- At Coconut, we connect founders and businesses with top-tier remote talent while prioritizing meaningful, reliable partnerships.
- We're currently looking for top talent to fill the role of Lead Generations Specialist.
- Build a comprehensive list of staffing agencies in France and Germany.
- Find and verify contact details (email, website, forms, any relevant contact channels).
- Prioritize agencies that could help source French and German speakers for audio collection.
- Support high-volume outreach to staffing agencies for the audio-data project.
- Help coordinate and track responses and booked calls.
- Use independent research to organize leads clearly in spreadsheets.
Requirements:
- Experience Needed/Responsibilities:
- Build a comprehensive list of every staffing agency in France and Germany
- Find and verify contact details (email, website, forms, any relevant contact channels)
- Prioritize agencies that could help source/organize French and German speakers for audio collection
- Use agency websites to submit forms and book meetings (no phone calls required)
- Support high-volume outreach to staffing agencies for the audio-data project
- Help coordinate and track responses and booked calls
- Use Apollo and other sources, but also do independent research beyond Apollo
- Organize leads clearly (e.g., spreadsheet with company name, country, contact info, notes)
- Good to have:
- Experience with Apollo or similar prospecting tools
- Familiarity with European staffing/recruitment markets
- Prior experience supporting sales / outbound projects
- Non-negotiable Requirements:
- Ability to start immediately
- Strong research skills; must be able to independently find and compile accurate lead lists
- Comfortable with high volume, time sensitive work
- Must be okay doing non calling appointment setting (web form submissions, etc.)
- Industry/Tools Experience:
- Apollo
- General web research, company websites, forms (no specific additional tools required)
