Job Description

Lead Sales Representative at Honeywell driving revenue growth and managing a sales team in Power & Energy market segments. Focus on key customer relationships and market development strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Influencing, managing, and leading a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve sales targets
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand the customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and aligning our solutions to meet their desired outcomes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding, implementation, and support
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in sales, preferably in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to guide and motivate a sales team
  • Expertise in developing and executing sales strategies and building strong customer relationships
  • Knowledge of market analysis and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
