Job Description
Legal Counsel role focused on supporting commercial contracts and corporate governance for Omnissa operations in Japan. Collaborates with various internal teams to ensure compliance and risk management practices within agreements.
Responsibilities:
- Support commercial contracting for customer agreements
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including sales and legal teams
- Review and negotiate agreements with industry standards
- Ensure alignment with company's risk framework and templates
Requirements:
