Job Description
Yopa Territory Manager building a local estate agency franchise business in Leeds East. Managing property sales, customers, leads, marketing, and revenue growth with flexible remote autonomy.
Responsibilities:
- Build your own business as a Territory Manager under the Yopa franchise
- Manage your own postcodes and grow your business
- Control your own agenda
- Work with support from the Territory Owner for the area
- Generate and manage property sales across the buying and selling journey
- Serve customers with exceptional customer service, including outside office hours
- Develop multiple revenue streams through referrals and self-generated leads
- Set your own commission rates with No Sale, No Fee
- Build local visibility through marketing initiatives such as Tech for Schools
- Work with Contact Centres and a Personal Property Adviser to stay in touch with customers
- Participate in training, mentorship, and regular meetings with regional colleagues and business owners
Requirements:
- Strong experience in estate agency
- Proven track record in valuing and listing homes
- Ability to confidently manage the buying and selling journey through to completion
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Willingness to help customers outside of office hours and go the extra mile
- Self-starter with the drive to build a long-term business
- Passion for owning and building an estate agency business
