Job Description
Yopa franchise Territory Manager building a local estate agency business in Poole. Managing property listings, customer journeys, leads, marketing, and independent revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Build your own estate agency business as a Territory Manager under the Yopa franchise
- Manage your own postcodes and grow your business
- Control your own agenda and work with support from the Territory Owner
- Build and manage customer relationships through the buying and selling journey
- Generate business through central Yopa leads and self-generated leads
- Diversify income through multiple revenue streams and referrals
- Set commission rates with the No Sale, No Fee option
- Run your own business with flexible hours
- Employ and manage your own team
- Build local visibility through marketing and initiatives such as the Tech for Schools sponsorship programme
- Work with Contact Centres and a Personal Property Adviser
- Participate in training, mentorship, and regular meetings with regional colleagues and business owners
Requirements:
- Strong experience in estate agency
- Proven track record in valuing and listing homes
- Ability to confidently see the buying and selling journey through to completion
- Exceptional customer service
- Willingness to help customers outside of office hours
- Self-starter with the drive to build a long-term business
- Passion for estate agency and interest in owning a business
