Job Description
Yopa franchise Territory Manager building a local estate agency business in Bournemouth. Valuing and listing homes, managing property sales, and growing a flexible territory-based operation.
Responsibilities:
- Build and operate your own business as a Territory Manager under the Yopa franchise.
- Manage your own postcode territory.
- Grow your business with control over your own agenda.
- Value and list homes.
- Manage buying and selling transactions through to completion.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support customers throughout the property journey.
- Generate and manage leads, including self-generated leads.
- Diversify income through referral and other revenue streams.
- Set commission rates with the No Sale, No Fee option.
- Employ and manage your own team.
- Build local visibility through marketing and sponsorship schemes.
- Collaborate with regional colleagues, business owners, contact centres, and support teams.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in estate agency.
- Proven track record in valuing and listing homes.
- Ability to confidently manage the buying and selling journey through to completion.
- Exceptional customer service.
- Willingness to help customers outside of office hours.
- Self-starter mentality and drive to build a long-term business.
- Passion for owning and developing an estate agency business.
