Job Description
Associate Project Manager supporting H&R Block’s internal Peer-to-Peer Support Network. Coordinating community activities, engagement, and operational improvements for tax professionals and associates.
Responsibilities:
- Support and grow H&R Block's internal Peer-to-Peer Support Network
- Partner across Customer Care, Product, Operations, and Support teams
- Help associates and tax professionals find answers, connect with experts, and share knowledge
- Coordinate community activities
- Monitor engagement
- Support operational processes
- Identify opportunities to improve the overall support experience
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1+ years of project coordination, program support, community management, customer support, or related experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365, and common business productivity tools
- Experience supporting online communities, forums, knowledge management programs, or collaboration platforms preferred
- Experience creating reports, dashboards, or operational updates preferred
- Familiarity with customer support, service operations, or knowledge management processes preferred
- Experience coordinating training, communications, or engagement programs preferred
- Experience working in a matrixed or cross-functional environment preferred
