Job Description
Project Manager leading cross-functional initiatives for Conduent, which delivers mission-critical services and solutions. Managing scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and stakeholder communications.
Responsibilities:
- Lead projects through initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and deliverables with stakeholders
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies
- Facilitate communication among internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders
- Monitor progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation plans
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and expenditure tracking
- Coordinate change management and maintain project documentation and reporting
- Provide status updates to leadership and stakeholders
- Lead project meetings and remove barriers to project success
- Conduct post-project reviews and identify continuous improvement opportunities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of project management experience
- Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies
- Leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing project budgets, timelines, and resources
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
- PMP certification preferred
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or other Agile certification preferred
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment preferred
- Familiarity with change management and process improvement methodologies preferred
- Experience presenting project updates to senior leadership preferred
