Job Description

Manager of Enterprise Architects leading a team for Adobe’s Integrated Services program. Delivering technical solutions and engaging with customers in presales for digital experience innovation.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage senior and principal architects to deliver outcomes for customers enrolled in the Integrated Services program.
  • Ensure customer architectures, roadmaps, and activations are aligned to business objectives.
  • Lead customer outcomes for Integrated Services, acting in a sponsorship capacity.
  • Partner with Sales leadership and account teams to communicate architectural progress and unblock technical risks.
  • Maintain operational cadence for reporting customer health, architecture progress, deliverable status, and risks.
  • Attract, identify, recruit, hire, onboard, motivate, grow, and retain top architect talent.
  • Coach architects to operate as trusted advisors across IT and business leadership.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of architecture experience in one or more of: enterprise architecture, data architecture, content architecture, or experience ecosystem architecture.
  • 5+ years of software presales or sales experience and/or customer-facing technical leadership experience driving outcomes in a recurring services model.
  • 5+ years of people management experience, leading senior/principal-level technical teams.
  • Strong executive presence; excellent presentation and documentation skills; ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to both technical and business audiences.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment where processes and procedures may evolve as the subscription program scales.
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills: conducting research, developing hypotheses, synthesizing recommendations, and driving decisions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; history of working optimally with people at all levels and across functions.
  • Familiarity with Adobe products, especially Adobe Experience Platform and Adobe Experience Cloud / Marketing Cloud solutions.
  • Working knowledge of modern architectural trends across Data, Content, and Journeys, including identity, activation, orchestration, governance, and integration patterns.
