Job Description
Pre Sales Consultant responsible for consulting projects and developing innovative solutions for customers in Voice and Cloud sectors. Collaborating closely with IT organizations and supporting projects from conception to execution.
Responsibilities:
- Planning and leading consulting projects
- Developing new solution concepts for clients
- Advising IT organizations and business units on contact center, cloud, and chatbots
- Supporting client projects from conception through implementation
Requirements:
- A completed degree (or equivalent qualification)
- Professional experience in consulting and project management
- Expert knowledge in voice and contact center technologies as well as software development and cloud topics
- Ability to present complex topics clearly
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English
