Job Description

Presales Consultant translating complex HR challenges into SAP SuccessFactors solutions. Engaging with customers to guide them through the sales and project process.

Responsibilities:

  • In this role you shape the decisive moments in the sales process: you translate complex HR challenges into compelling, tangible solution scenarios using SAP SuccessFactors.
  • At the intersection of business, technology and sales, you play a key role in inspiring customers and setting projects on a successful path from the outset.
  • Develop and present tailored presales scenarios and impactful end-to-end demos that reflect real HR use cases and make the solution’s value tangible.
  • Conduct holistic analysis of customer requirements, from HR processes to system architecture, and derive well-founded strategic solution approaches.
  • Work closely with Sales, Consulting and Delivery to successfully craft proposals and actively support the acquisition process.
  • Contribute to proposal content, including preparing reliable effort estimates and convincingly positioning the proposed solutions.
  • Design and facilitate workshops, pitches and decision presentations at senior level, while identifying additional consulting and project opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Several years of consulting experience (ideally around 3 years) in the SAP SuccessFactors environment and a solid understanding of HR processes and their representation in system solutions
  • Interest in commercial/sales topics and the motivation to develop toward presales and proposal processes — comprehensive presales experience is not required
  • Confident and persuasive presence in client meetings, presentations and demos, with the ability to communicate complex content clearly and appropriately for the audience
  • Ideally, initial exposure to presales, proposal or acquisition processes — a plus but not mandatory

Benefits:

  • Work–life balance: remote work, flexible working hours, various sabbatical options, coworking
  • Compensation & additional benefits: structured & transparent career model, employee discounts, bike leasing, company car option, pension scheme
  • Professional & personal development: intensive onboarding, personal mentor, training opportunities such as leadership programs, individual coaching and more
  • Health & wellbeing: sports offerings, meditation and relaxation room, psychological counseling, occupational health management
  • Culture & togetherness: regular events & trips, communities, periodic employee surveys
