Job Description
Manager of Partnerships leading engagement strategies for Mary’s Meals Canada. Building relationships with community organizations, churches, and schools to mobilize volunteers and support education initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead MMC’s national engagement strategy for Catholic churches and other faith communities
- Create presentations, toolkits, and engagement resources for faith and youth audiences
- Support and grow MMC’s volunteer and ambassador network
- Identify strategic partnership opportunities aligned with MMC’s mission
- Collaborate closely with marketing to amplify community stories
Requirements:
- Experience in community engagement, youth ministry, faith-based partnerships, or volunteer coordination
- Presentation and communication skills with confidence speaking to groups
- Experience mobilizing communities, volunteers, or youth groups
- Strong organizational and project management skills and experience with CRM or digital engagement tools
- A valid driver’s license with ability to travel across Canada, particularly Ontario and Alberta
