Job Description

Manager, People Operations enhancing day-to-day HR operations at Nulogy. Responsible for executing core People & Culture programs and a global compensation program.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for maintaining and enhancing Nulogy’s day-to-day operations by effectively planning and executing core People & Culture (P&C) programs and practices
  • Support global compensation program including job evaluations, salary ranges and grades (where applicable) and annual compensation cycle processes
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices across Canada, the U.S., the UK and other areas
  • Manage benefits and retirement/pension plans in each country, including enrollment, renewals, vendor relationships, claims escalation, and employee support; ensure compliance with local regulations
  • Execute and continuously enhance employee recognition programs to support engagement, retention, and organizational culture
  • Partner closely with the HR Business Partner to assess the effectiveness of HR programs, analyze people metrics, and provide data-driven recommendations to management to improve business outcomes

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in HR, with strong specialization in compensation and benefits administration
  • Experience administering programs across multiple countries (primarily Canada, U.S., and UK.); experience with third party Employer of Records
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in compensation modeling, Excel/Google Sheets, and HRIS systems
  • Understanding of benefits and retirement plan regulations in at least one of the company’s operating regions
  • Curious, empathetic, and passionate about employee experience
  • Detailed oriented, multi-task oriented, professional, and self-motivated
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
