Job Description

Managing Director leading partnerships and organizing for When We All Vote. Driving voter registration and engagement initiatives while collaborating with community partners and managing staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the leader of When We All Vote’s Organizing and Partnership programs.
  • Lead When We All Vote’s partnership program for more than 100 national and local community partners.
  • Build and maintain relationships with community partners.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to the Civic Nation EVP, Campaigns & Partnerships.
  • Represent When We All Vote in external engagements.
  • Directly manage staff, including community partnerships and organizing program staff.
  • Support the When We All Vote team in strategic planning and program development.
  • Foster, influence, and maintain an inclusive and safe workforce.
  • Engage with other Civic Nation Department staff and leadership as needed.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of professional experience, preferably in organizing, partnerships, and stakeholder engagement.
  • 5+ years of direct supervisory or management experience.
  • Demonstrated experience leading national organizing programs and/or partnership management.
  • Proven experience managing projects, staff, systems, and processes for organizations.
