Job Description

Marketing Director leading growth strategy and operations for NOBL Australia. Overseeing market performance with full accountability for customer acquisition and revenue growth in a remote-first position.

Responsibilities:

  • Own full P&L for Australia, driving MER, CAC, contribution margin, and customer acquisition.
  • Set growth roadmap, capital allocation, and performance targets with full accountability.
  • Lead acquisition across Meta, TikTok, AppLovin, and Google.
  • Optimize channel mix, budgets, tests, and scaling decisions with daily account oversight.
  • Translate performance insights into creative briefs and high-velocity asset production.
  • Ensure feedback loops between paid media, UGC, and influencer output for continuous optimization.
  • Localize retention strategy, optimize cohort economics, reduce churn, and expand LTV through targeted campaigns aligned to Australian consumer behavior.
  • Manage the end-to-end creator ecosystem in Australia sourcing, negotiation, activation, and performance tracking to drive measurable revenue.
  • Own conversion architecture landing pages, PDPs, checkout, pricing, and bundles.
  • Run structured experiments to maximize CVR, AOV, and full-funnel efficiency.
  • Adapt global playbooks to the Australian market, ensuring all creative, copy, pricing, partnerships, and digital touchpoints resonate locally.
  • Leverage central growth infrastructure initially; build and scale a high-performance local team as revenue grows.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record scaling paid acquisition at high-growth DTC brands generating A$50M+, ideally A$100M+, with full accountability for performance and unit economics.
  • Experienced managing significant ad spend with deep understanding of ROI, contribution margin, and P&L impact beyond surface-level ROAS metrics.
  • Full-funnel expertise, integrating acquisition, creative strategy, CRO, and retention into a cohesive, revenue-driven growth operation.
  • Demonstrated success building and managing creator programs that deliver measurable revenue, not just reach or engagement.
  • Deep knowledge of the Australian market, including consumer behavior, cultural nuances, creator ecosystem, and competitive landscape.
  • Financially fluent, comfortable owning the conversation around P&L, contribution margin, and profitability, with accountability for business outcomes.
  • Founder mentality and owner mindset; proactive, accountable, results-obsessed, and capable of taking full market ownership.
