Job Description
Marketing Project Manager managing execution of growth marketing initiatives at Readymag. Collaborating cross-functionally with brand, design, content, and development teams.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate cross-functional marketing projects and ensure timely delivery across teams;
- Manage operational execution of advertising campaigns (creative uploads, updates, tracking deadlines);
- Handle partner communications, documentation, and campaign coordination;
- Maintain and update reports, assist with data collection and campaign tracking;
- Manage affiliate program operations (application reviews, onboarding, payout coordination);
- Resolve operational incidents and handle high-priority manual tasks.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of relevant experience, preferably in cultural institutions, media, or design-driven products);
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple parallel tasks and large volumes of operational work;
- Experience working cross-functionally (marketing, design, content, development, external partners);
- Analytical mindset with data reporting experience (weekly/monthly tracking);
- Familiarity with task management tools and coordination processes;
- Basic understanding of digital marketing channels (paid ads, email, partnerships, affiliates);
- High level of autonomy and independence, with strong communication skills;
- Fluent spoken and written English.
