Job Description
Merchant Operations Executive managing end-to-end merchant relationships in fintech. Onboarding, daily performance monitoring, and financial settlements for offers within the team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end merchant relationships, from offer onboarding and activation to daily performance monitoring and monthly financial settlement.
- Serve as the primary operational contact for affiliates, communicating new offers and securing confirmations.
- Perform daily checks on active offers, verifying cashback rates and commission percentages.
- Generate and distribute daily transaction reports, ensuring accuracy in data capture.
- Lead the monthly settlement process by reconciling transaction data against affiliate records.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a role focused on operations, affiliate marketing, or merchant management (preferably in an e-commerce, cashback, or digital advertising environment).
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy, especially when dealing with financial figures and tracking links.
- Strong proficiency in spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets) for daily reporting and monthly settlement tasks.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills for working effectively with affiliate partners and internal teams.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and meet strict daily/monthly deadlines.
