Job Description

Merchant Operations Executive managing end-to-end merchant relationships in fintech. Onboarding, daily performance monitoring, and financial settlements for offers within the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end merchant relationships, from offer onboarding and activation to daily performance monitoring and monthly financial settlement.
  • Serve as the primary operational contact for affiliates, communicating new offers and securing confirmations.
  • Perform daily checks on active offers, verifying cashback rates and commission percentages.
  • Generate and distribute daily transaction reports, ensuring accuracy in data capture.
  • Lead the monthly settlement process by reconciling transaction data against affiliate records.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a role focused on operations, affiliate marketing, or merchant management (preferably in an e-commerce, cashback, or digital advertising environment).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy, especially when dealing with financial figures and tracking links.
  • Strong proficiency in spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets) for daily reporting and monthly settlement tasks.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills for working effectively with affiliate partners and internal teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and meet strict daily/monthly deadlines.
