Job Description
BDR | Pré-Vendas position at Base Viral focused on B2B sales and lead prospecting. Join a growing company specialized in referral marketing in Brazil.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect business owners at scale with consistent pace and precision;
- Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team;
- Identify and map qualified leads within the ICP;
- Create personalized cadences and conduct effective follow-ups;
- Participate in management routines and training sessions provided, with a focus on performance;
- Work with monthly targets and track performance metrics
Requirements:
- Knowledge/experience with CRM
- Experience with B2B outbound prospecting
- Proactive, autonomous profile with a strong focus on pipeline generation
- Experience using LinkedIn as an active prospecting channel
- Eager to build an extensive network with top market players
- Motivated to grow personally and professionally
- Aspires to become one of the top Corporate BDRs in Brazil
- Experience in consultative sales and high-ticket deals
- Familiarity with frameworks such as SPIN Selling and BANT
- Previous experience with CRM (especially Pipedrive)
- Experience selling over the phone
