Job Description

Mid-Market Account Executive selling Hubexo’s construction data, insights and software. Building pipeline, running demos and closing new-business deals across eligible U.S. states.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full sales cycle across an assigned territory
  • Identify and research timely, high-value prospects
  • Conduct daily cold calling, email and LinkedIn outreach using the sales tech stack
  • Generate new sales opportunities through outbound activity
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of warm leads
  • Keep prospects engaged through regular follow-up
  • Run 10 or more product demos per week
  • Qualify opportunities and understand customer needs
  • Move deals through each stage of the sales process
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver relevant customer solutions
  • Measure results and improve activity, conversion and sales outcomes with the manager
  • Apply best practices in prospecting, discovery, demos and closing
  • Close deals and achieve or exceed quota
  • Attend industry events and company meetings when required

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of quota-carrying sales experience
  • Experience in SaaS, construction technology, data, insights, software or an SDR-to-AE sales model would be helpful
  • Clear and confident communication by phone, video and email
  • Comfortable running demos, presenting value and handling prospect questions
  • Ability to manage a busy pipeline
  • Tenacity in prospecting and consistency in follow-up
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Curiosity and commercial awareness
  • Ability to solve problems with customers
  • Ability to build trust quickly
  • Motivation to grow within a sales organization
  • Must live in one of the eligible states: Alabama, Arkansas, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Maryland, Maine, Michigan, Minnesota, North Carolina, New Jersey, New York, New Mexico, Nevada, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Wisconsin
