Job Description

National Account Manager managing client relationships in Data Center accounts across the US. Requires 5 years experience in sales or relevant engineering roles with a focus on electrical services.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive Account plans with trackable metrics and KPIs.
  • Create and monitor targets for national sales department.
  • Build trusting and professional relationships with clients.
  • Meet with clients and account managers.
  • Ensure all accounts are looked after and maintained.
  • Supervise and manage regional sales team.
  • Follow up on complaints and queries on behalf of clients.
  • Promote new services and products to clients.
  • Report to senior management on account status.
  • Take leading role in presentations and proposals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in regional or national account manager role
  • Demonstrated history of sales performance, selling electrical power distribution or engineering services
  • Electrical engineer or project manager experience in Data Center company is acceptable
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Negotiation, conflict resolution, and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel 50%
