Job Description
National Account Manager managing client relationships in Data Center accounts across the US. Requires 5 years experience in sales or relevant engineering roles with a focus on electrical services.
Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive Account plans with trackable metrics and KPIs.
- Create and monitor targets for national sales department.
- Build trusting and professional relationships with clients.
- Meet with clients and account managers.
- Ensure all accounts are looked after and maintained.
- Supervise and manage regional sales team.
- Follow up on complaints and queries on behalf of clients.
- Promote new services and products to clients.
- Report to senior management on account status.
- Take leading role in presentations and proposals.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in regional or national account manager role
- Demonstrated history of sales performance, selling electrical power distribution or engineering services
- Electrical engineer or project manager experience in Data Center company is acceptable
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Negotiation, conflict resolution, and presentation skills
- Ability to travel 50%
