Job Description

New Business Sales Executive at Xpert responsible for driving business growth through proactive outreach and lead qualification in Software Services. Collaborating with sales teams to advance opportunities in a remote setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for driving new business growth within Software Services / Professional Services through proactive outreach, lead qualification, and pipeline development.
  • Works closely with Sales Leadership, Account Executives, and Technical PreSales to advance opportunities through the sales cycle and meet new-business targets.
  • Identify potential customers and key decision-makers.
  • Generate and qualify leads through email, phone, and social channels.
  • Communicate value proposition and assess prospect needs and budget.
  • Disqualify non-viable leads.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and a pipeline at least 3× quota.
  • Report regularly on pipeline status and performance.
  • Develop proposals with input from Sales Leadership and Technical PreSales.
  • Lead or support sales meetings and manage full sales cycle over time.
  • Build long-term relationships with external stakeholders.
  • Align with Sales Leadership, Account Executives, and Technical PreSales on strategy.
  • Work with Marketing to maximize inbound leads and strengthen outreach.
  • Conduct professional handovers once opportunities are won.

  • Comfortable in fast-paced environments.
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience with CRM and sales tools.
  • Basic understanding of relevant industry/services.
