Job Description
Sales Representative assisting innovative companies to attract capital through expert consultancy services and lead qualification. Seeking B2B sales professionals for a dynamic growth environment.
Responsibilities:
- New customer acquisition & lead qualification.
- You sell a premium advisory product that genuinely helps companies raise capital or sell their business.
- You identify new leads, generate interest, and schedule qualified initial meetings.
- You conduct structured analysis and pre-qualification conversations.
- Lead management & CRM.
- You contact warm leads via messaging and phone from our CRM and advance them through our funnel.
- You communicate professionally and confidently with CEOs, founders, and C-level executives.
- Social selling.
- You systematically build and maintain business contacts on LinkedIn and support outreach campaigns tailored precisely to our target companies.
Requirements:
- Completed vocational training, university degree, or a motivated career changer with a strong performance drive.
- 1–2 years of experience in sales (SDR, Pre-Sales, Account Management, or similar).
- Excellent command of German, quick comprehension, high discipline, and a structured way of working.
- Ability to communicate in English in addition to German is required.
- High degree of autonomy, process reliability, and dependability.
