Job Description

Operations Coordinator for a U.S.-based TikTok marketing agency managing UGC campaigns. Supporting marketing teams through content review, competitive analysis, and detailed documentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Support 3–5 UGC Engineers in executing and optimizing large-scale TikTok campaigns
  • Review creator video submissions for completeness and basic production quality
  • Provide clear, concise feedback on framing, lighting, audio clarity, and presentation
  • Conduct research on competitor ads and creators for upcoming campaigns
  • Upload campaign assets and organize materials within tracking systems
  • Maintain and update competitive analysis trackers with clean labeling
  • Support creator onboarding and interview processes

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in operations, marketing support, UGC coordination, or similar roles
  • Strong familiarity with short-form content platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts)
  • Basic understanding of what makes UGC engaging and high-performing
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfortable conducting online research and identifying patterns
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets, tracking tools, and documentation systems
  • Clear English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Comfortable being on video calls and collaborating with a U.S.-based team
  • Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week)
  • Reliable internet connection and professional remote setup
