Job Description

Traffic Operations Coordinator at NBCUniversal executing sales orders and managing program scheduling. Collaborate with sales, clients, and corporate finance to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Enter all COZI Local/National sales orders into the system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Provide both pre-log and post-log reports to clients as required.
  • Assign commercial copy and materials IDs to traffic logs.
  • Coordinate creative revisions with clients and the sales team, including generating reports for missing materials or instructions and contacting clients to obtain missing copy.
  • Edit local and national traffic logs as needed, which may involve adjusting programming formats to ensure proper scheduling and compliance.
  • Apply secondary events (such as snipes) to traffic logs to enhance programming and meet promotional requirements.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Finance Services (CFS) to create new agency and advertiser billing codes and conduct research to resolve billing discrepancies.
  • Assist in the creation of program formats and maintain accurate program schedules within the program and traffic systems.
  • Provide coverage for team members as needed, supporting both COZI and NBC True CRMZ (LX) channels.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a Traffic or Coordinator role
  • Demonstrated impeccable attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and channels simultaneously
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure
  • Thrives in a fast-paced work environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Basic computer skills
