Job Description
Operations Coordinator at Legacy Farmer providing essential support to the Operations team. Focusing on documentation updates, CRM cleanup, and operational efficiency in a remote environment.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Operations team with daily execution and internal coordination
- Maintain and update internal documentation, SOPs, and process guides
- Assist with CRM (HubSpot) cleanup tasks, property updates, and record accuracy
- Help set up accounts, access, and onboarding requirements
- Monitor and triage inbound requests from other departments to ensure proper routing and timely follow-up
- Troubleshoot operational issues and escalate when needed
- Assist with process improvements and operational consistency across teams
- Provide ad hoc support for projects, reporting needs, and system-related tasks as directed by the Head of Operations
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Project coordination experience, including tracking tasks, managing deadlines, and supporting cross-functional workflows
- Experience working with operational tools such as CRM systems, Zapier, Make, Notion, and Hubspot (strongly preferred)
- Ability to document processes clearly and maintain updated SOPs
- Comfortable handling multiple tasks with strong prioritization skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, fully remote environment
- Proven track record of being dependable, efficient, and proactive
