Job Description

Operations Specialist maintaining smooth operations for a fast-growing digital business. Organized, adaptable, and execution-focused role for supporting daily tasks and client communications.

Responsibilities:

  • Send and manage client follow-up communications
  • Coordinate with editors to ensure deadlines are met
  • Track and manage contracts—nothing slips through
  • Keep ClickUp organized, updated, and actionable
  • Monitor client payments and follow up when needed
  • Maintain clean, structured Google Drive folders
  • Support the smooth execution of daily operations

Requirements:

  • Strong written English—you communicate clearly and professionally
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized
  • Reliable executor—you follow directions and get things done right
  • Adaptable—you can pivot quickly as processes evolve
  • Resourceful—you figure things out without constant hand-holding
  • Comfortable with tools like ClickUp, Google Drive, Slack, etc.
  • Prior experience in operations, coordination, or VA work is a big plus
