Job Description

Operations Virtual Assistant providing administrative support across departments in a dynamic environment. Ideal for organized and proactive individuals comfortable with project coordination and compliance tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide essential administrative and operational support across all departments
  • Streamline processes, maintain accurate records, and ensure smooth internal operations
  • Assist with project management, compliance, documentation, and cross-departmental coordination
  • Draft and distribute land access notices as required
  • Maintain and update CRM records to ensure accurate client and project information
  • Prepare and organize internal documentation, reports, and compliance files
  • Manage project trackers and monitor progress across departments
  • Coordinate internal reporting and provide timely updates to relevant teams
  • Support sales and engineering teams with administrative tasks, including scheduling, data entry, and follow-ups
  • Assist in developing and improving internal processes to enhance operational efficiency

Requirements:

  • Experience in a telecommunications environment is a plus
  • Highly organized, proactive, and self-motivated
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-moving environment with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools is a plus

  • Work hours are 10 am to 7 pm Brisbane Time | 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Manila Time
