Job Description
OPS Manager managing project environment, team performance, and profitability at TP Skopje. Leading development and communication with clients to exceed quality standards and KPI objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for the working environment within the project
- Monitoring and control of employee and team productivity
- Development of employees and supervisors
- Performance management and client communication
- Ensuring optimal order processing and execution
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months' experience within TP
- Structured work approach and ability to handle high workloads/pressure
- Goal- and solution-oriented working style
- Solid expertise in internal processes and KPI analysis
- Excellent German skills (at least C1)
- Good English skills (level B2)
- Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
