Job Description

OPS Manager managing project environment, team performance, and profitability at TP Skopje. Leading development and communication with clients to exceed quality standards and KPI objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsibility for the working environment within the project
  • Monitoring and control of employee and team productivity
  • Development of employees and supervisors
  • Performance management and client communication
  • Ensuring optimal order processing and execution

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months' experience within TP
  • Structured work approach and ability to handle high workloads/pressure
  • Goal- and solution-oriented working style
  • Solid expertise in internal processes and KPI analysis
  • Excellent German skills (at least C1)
  • Good English skills (level B2)
  • Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
