Job Description

OPS Manager overseeing project environment and ensuring client satisfaction. Leading team performance and development to meet productivity and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the working environment within the project
  • Manage customer satisfaction and project profitability
  • Lead the team and support employee development
  • Performance management and active communication with clients/stakeholders
  • Ensure optimal project/order execution while complying with quality standards
  • Manage KPIs and implement measures to meet targets

Requirements:

  • At least 6 months of experience within TP
  • Structured and organized working style
  • Goal- and solution-oriented mindset
  • Solid knowledge of internal processes
  • Very good German skills (at least C1)
  • Good English skills (level B2)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and Outlook
