Job Description
OPS Manager overseeing project environment and ensuring client satisfaction. Leading team performance and development to meet productivity and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the working environment within the project
- Manage customer satisfaction and project profitability
- Lead the team and support employee development
- Performance management and active communication with clients/stakeholders
- Ensure optimal project/order execution while complying with quality standards
- Manage KPIs and implement measures to meet targets
Requirements:
- At least 6 months of experience within TP
- Structured and organized working style
- Goal- and solution-oriented mindset
- Solid knowledge of internal processes
- Very good German skills (at least C1)
- Good English skills (level B2)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and Outlook
