Job Description
Paid Media Specialist at Chili Digital managing omnichannel performance campaigns across diverse platforms. Driving ROI and optimizing ad spend for regional and global clients with a focus on data-driven strategies.
Responsibilities:
- The Paid Media Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing omnichannel performance campaigns.
- This role requires a deep understanding of media channels including Google, Meta, TikTok, Retail Media, and a familiarity with programmatic advertising.
- You will oversee the complete campaign lifecycle from client onboarding and media planning to execution, A/B testing, and performance reporting, ensuring clear demonstration of ROI/ROAS.
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency in managing tasks through our CRM SENTR are essential.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English is required as you will execute campaigns in both languages.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in managing paid media campaigns, ideally within a digital marketing agency.
- Proven track record of driving performance campaigns with clear ROI/ROAS outcomes.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms, with working experience on TikTok, Retail Media, and programmatic channels.
- Experience managing the complete campaign lifecycle—from client onboarding and media planning to execution, A/B testing, and performance reporting.
- Demonstrated success in setting up and interpreting A/B tests to improve performance.
- Exceptional organizational skills and proficiency with CRM systems, specifically SENTR.
- Fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent communication and reporting skills in both languages.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment with a proactive and collaborative approach.
