Job Description

Paid Media Supervisor leading a team to optimize digital advertising strategies for leading brands at Northern. Focused on performance across major platforms like Google and Meta.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide coaching, feedback, and development support to Paid Media team members
  • Support onboarding and training for new team members
  • Improve internal processes to strengthen efficiency, quality, and consistency
  • Lead resourcing and capacity planning for the team
  • Lead paid media strategy across Google, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snap, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms
  • Own planning, execution, optimization, and results across your portfolio
  • Oversee day-to-day pacing and performance, ensuring budgets and tactics stay on track
  • Drive innovation by exploring emerging ad formats, channels, and AI-powered tools
  • Build and refine reporting frameworks, data visualization, and insights for client and internal presentations
  • Present results, recommendations, and growth opportunities directly to senior client stakeholders
  • Join weekly client calls, lead QBRs, and serve as a strategic partner on key accounts
  • Partner with Accounts to align paid media strategies with broader business and marketing objectives
  • Work closely with Creative to develop and test data-driven, audience-focused ad concepts

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of performance marketing leadership or people management
  • 6+ years of digital advertising experience with hands-on campaign management
  • Deep expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Proven ability to develop and execute full-funnel, cross-channel paid media strategies
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in attribution, tracking, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and Google Analytics
  • Confident communicator with experience presenting to clients and senior stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach junior team members
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple complex accounts
  • Post-secondary education in a relevant field or equivalent experience
