Job Description

Marketing Project Manager building paid-media systems for Sweat Pants Agency, which manages performance marketing for 57 brands. Running capacity planning, creative workflows, creator sourcing, onboarding, reporting, and AI-powered operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and run the operating system for the paid media team
  • Run ClickUp as the single source of truth, including templates, recurring tasks, intake forms, automations, and dashboards
  • Own capacity planning across media buyers, designers, and video editors
  • Track creative deliverables from request through revisions, approvals, QA, and delivery
  • Source, negotiate with, and manage creators and UGC production
  • Track creator orders, usage rights, costs per account, and invoice markups
  • Own and standardize client onboarding, including account access, ClickUp, reporting, and dashboards
  • Build landing pages, advertorials, presell pages, and landing page variants using Claude Code
  • Maintain accurate client reporting and dashboards
  • Build internal tools, automations, and living SOPs using AI
  • Identify communication and delivery gaps and drive follow-ups to closure
  • Schedule recurring client and internal meetings, capture action items, and ensure completion
  • Flag at-risk accounts early and escalate
  • Potentially write creative briefs, launch ads, and participate in account reviews

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in project management, creative operations, account management, or agency operations
  • Preferably experience in a marketing or creative agency setting
  • Proven ability to manage timelines and deliverables across many projects simultaneously
  • Hands-on experience building and managing a project management system in ClickUp or a comparable tool
  • Experience with spaces, custom fields, templates, statuses, intake, automations, and dashboards
  • Demonstrated AI building experience using Claude, Claude Code, or a comparable agentic tool
  • Ability to explain an AI-built page, dashboard, automation, or internal tool and what it replaced
  • Working hours with meaningful overlap with US business hours
  • English fluency required
  • Comfortable negotiating creator rates, timelines, and deliverables
  • Ability to juggle many concurrent projects and context-switch across accounts
  • High attention to detail and standards for quality and accuracy
  • Proactive problem-solving and strong follow-through
  • Bonus: experience with paid media or DTC ecommerce
  • Bonus: experience sourcing and managing UGC creators or influencers
  • Bonus: familiarity with Shopify, Figma, or front-end tooling
