Job Description
Paid Social Performance Manager focused on managing paid social media ad accounts for clients. Driving revenue and bookings through effective advertising strategies and campaign optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Own the day to day management of paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and emerging platforms
- Take accountability for client campaign performance, ensuring key KPIs such as ROAS, MER, CPL, CPA, and others are met.
- Lead planning initiatives including audience research, geo-targeting, campaign architecture, bidding strategies, and creative briefing.
- Approach paid social with a test-and-learn mindset by testing new approaches, analyzing results, and continuously improving performance across your set of client accounts.
- Identify new opportunities to help clients accomplish their goals and drive incremental revenue.
- Audit existing social ad accounts and identity opportunities.
- Manage ad spend, campaign objectives, targeting, and campaign timelines.
- Report on current status of accounts, successes, and key learnings.
- Participate in internal team meetings - daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly.
- Organize hypotheses and recommendations, and be comfortable sharing with internal team members and clients.
Requirements:
- 5+ years full-time experience in digital marketing
- 3+ years experience regularly using Meta Business Manager and Meta Ads Manager.
- Experience managing spend in other paid social platforms. In order of importance after Meta: TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Reddit.
- A solid understanding of how conversion tracking works (Events Manager and CAPI), so that you can communicate clearly with the data analyst and potentially help troubleshoot event tracking problems.
- Good organizational skills. We use ClickUp for project management.
- Must be based in the U.S.

- Experience using and finding data inside of Google Analytics 4
- Experience working with, Reddit, LinkedIn, Vibe and other ad platforms
- Familiarity with Google's ad management platform
- Experience leveraging AI tools to automate or streamline repetitive workflows.
- Video creation skills, including the ability to produce native, performance-driven vertical video content for Instagram and TikTok.
- Experience managing paid social campaigns for tours, activities, or attractions.
