Job Description

Virtual Assistant in esthetics field supporting business growth through marketing and administrative tasks. Highly motivated individual required for social media management and content creation.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads) using Buffer or similar tools
  • Develop and implement paid ad campaigns
  • Generate and nurture leads (no cold calling required)
  • Assist in creating blog posts, podcasts, and e-books
  • Write copy for marketing materials (ads, emails, website, case studies)
  • Create and manage forms, documents, and case studies
  • Assist with other operational and organizational tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in the beauty, spa, or wellness industry preferred
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently
  • Strong skills in social media management, paid ads, and copywriting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
