Job Description
Virtual Assistant in esthetics field supporting business growth through marketing and administrative tasks. Highly motivated individual required for social media management and content creation.
Responsibilities:
- Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads) using Buffer or similar tools
- Develop and implement paid ad campaigns
- Generate and nurture leads (no cold calling required)
- Assist in creating blog posts, podcasts, and e-books
- Write copy for marketing materials (ads, emails, website, case studies)
- Create and manage forms, documents, and case studies
- Assist with other operational and organizational tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Prior experience in the beauty, spa, or wellness industry preferred
- Ability to take initiative and work independently
- Strong skills in social media management, paid ads, and copywriting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
