Job Description
Partnership Manager responsible for building and managing partnerships that drive growth at Safeguard Global. Focus on strategic alliances in the EMEA region across diverse markets.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new partnerships across EMEA, with a particular focus on the DACH region that aligns with Safeguard Global’s strategic growth goals.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key partners — from HR Tech platforms and consultants to payroll providers and private equity networks.
- Manage the full partnership lifecycle, from sourcing and negotiation through activation, enablement, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Product to ensure partner programs deliver mutual value.
- Localise partnership strategies for key EMEA markets, adapting to regional buyer behaviors and business dynamics.
- Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics, identifying insights to refine strategy and maximize ROI.
- Stay ahead of market trends and competitive movements to identify new partnership opportunities and areas for differentiation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and a first-class partner experience.
Requirements:
- Experience in partnership management, channel development, or business development across the DACH region and Southern Europe.
- Experience in one of the following areas would be advantageous – HR Tech, B2B SaaS, Ecommerce, Recruitment, payroll or global services environment.
- Proven success in building and managing strategic partnerships that drive pipeline and revenue impact.
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills across multiple markets and cultures.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Must be flexible and available for regular travel, particularly across the DACH region and the UK.
- Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth-oriented international environment.
- Fluent in English and German; additional European languages (Spanish, French, Dutch, etc.) are a strong advantage.
