Job Description
Strategic Account Manager growing complex healthcare delivery system accounts for Quadrivia, a clinician-built AI assistant company. Driving renewals, expansions, adoption, and executive partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end relationship for a portfolio of strategic healthcare delivery system accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for executive stakeholders
- Develop and execute account growth plans that expand footprint, deepen adoption, and drive measurable outcomes
- Serve as the internal voice of the client by translating field intelligence into product, pricing, and go-to-market feedback
- Lead renewal strategy and negotiations, protecting and growing recurring revenue
- Build multi-threaded relationships across clinical, operational, IT, and executive stakeholders within each account
- Partner with implementation, clinical, and product teams to ensure successful onboarding and sustained value delivery
- Identify and close expansion opportunities within existing accounts, including new service lines, sites, and use cases
- Represent the company at client sites, industry conferences, and regional events
- Maintain accurate forecasting, account health tracking, and pipeline reporting
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in healthcare delivery systems, health system operations, managed care, health tech commercialization, or a related client-facing healthcare role
- Prior experience at a startup or high-growth company
- Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise healthcare accounts
- Strong working knowledge of healthcare contract structures, SLA governance, and value-based care mechanics
- Track record of meeting or exceeding renewal and expansion revenue targets
- Excellent executive presence and consultative selling skills
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time
- Based in the United States
- Experience with EHR integration patterns and clinical workflow technology preferred
- Background in call center/access center operations or clinical process outsourcing preferred
- Existing relationships within target health systems or provider networks preferred
- Experience selling or supporting AI-enabled or digital health solutions preferred
