Job Description
Payroll & Benefits Specialist at TopDog Law processing payroll and overseeing benefits administration. Ensure compliance with payroll tax laws and manage employee inquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and process biweekly payroll for TDL and TDT
- Ensure compliance with state-by-state payroll tax laws
- Answer employee questions regarding payroll issues
- Oversee the administration of our 401(k) plan
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of hands-on payroll experience
- Rippling payroll experience
- Benefits administration experience
- An understanding of payroll tax laws
- Knowledge of 401(k) annual audits and non-discrimination testing
- Strong communication skills
